In a kadhai add 1/4 cup ghee, add 3/4 cup milk
Add 1/2 cup sugar, mix and cook on slow heat.
Add 2.5 cup milk powder
Stir continuously to avoid lumps.
Add 1/4 cardamom powder, cook for 10 minutes and take off heat.
Transfer the prepared dough on to a greased and lined dish
Add a few slivered almonds and pistachios.
Press lightly on top.
Set for 2 hours And unmould.
Cut into square and serve.
